　　Since 2016, on behalf of the group companies, Guoxin has cooperated with the Training Center of CAC to carry out foreign aid training for officials, experts and scholars from more than 60 countries, including Tanzania, Egypt and Cambodia, and conducted 16 training sessions for more than 690 participants. The content covers various fields such as national informatization, Beidou satellite navigation, smart city, e-government, public safety and cyber security. In 2016 and at the end of 2017, the CAC Training Center sent thank-you letters to the Department of Electricity, highly affirming and thanking the foreign aid training work undertaken by the Department in the field of information technology.
